Pregnancy and bicycle = a good team! Bicycle World Day

Are you pregnant? Do you love sports and you do not know  do not know what can you do?

Since today we celebrate World Bicycle Day we want to support those future moms who do not want to leave aside their exercises and sports activity during their pregnancy.

When a woman practices a sport on a regular basis, can she goes on her training during pregnancy? At first, yes, unless it is a risky practice or there is a problem in pregnancy. A good example is women who enjoy running and continue to do so during pregnancy. They should only modify their routine a little, not to exhaust themselves, and leave it in the last months, since the volume of the belly is too big and the fact that there is more risk of strains by the relaxation of the ligaments.

Women Entrepreneurs’ Day

It is interesting to see how the evolution of our humanity gave birth to a new category of workers, Female entrepreneurs, also known as women entrepreneurs.

Taking a step backward, and looking at what means being an entrepreneurs, we can see that those who choose this road are not afraid of risks and are ready to enrich the world with their innovative ideas. This should not differentiate between being a female entrepreneur or a male one, but in our society this plays a fundamental role when coming to managing. Even if we, women, fight for our rights and want to be at the same level as our companions, we still have to give birth of a human being, which is not the easier and simplest thing to do.

When you have to say “NO”

Oh, oh I say NO!

The time to decide what is right and what is wrong comes to all parents. To know when to say NO to children can be a difficult job for parents, especially if we are constantly pronouncing that word at home. Say what is right or not is very difficult. The right thing, costs more to guess it because nobody is born knowing everything, and even less, when all parents are every day in hundreds of difficulties raising their children. What’s wrong, seems (only seems) to be easier to know, and you just has to act in the way that best suits your child and yourself regardless perfect parents stereotypes around.

I want to be Mother! Assisted reproduction. Yes or no?

It is a fact that the main difference between men and women is that they can not conceiving a child. Women to date hold this “power” of nature. But, what about those women who under certain circumstances have it harder to conceive?

Fortunately, researches and advances in the field of human reproduction along with the applications of new technologies are making possible the dream of many women to conceive and give birth to a new being.

But, as they should always being, these practices also have their detractors. Far from being a common concept that a woman wants to be a mother (biological with their 9 months included gestation) at all costs, there are people who believe that if a woman can not or is unable to become pregnant, should be for some explanation of nature that we have yet to understand … beyond metaphors and “natural” explanations, the truth is that every day there are more women who decide to go (by choice or because it is the last solution found) to medical centers for assisted reproduction.
