Oblumi tapp provides information about your body temperature, your well-being and offers content, messages, personalized advice and other services (“Services”) to users worldwide. This policy is intended to help you understand our privacy practices when you use our Services, including what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it, as well as your individual rights.
Oblumi S.L. uses the personal data collected or processed by the Oblumi tapp Mobile Application (“Application”).
This policy applies to personal data collected or processed by the Application, which is controlled or controlled by Oblumi S.L (“Oblumi” or “we”).
What Personal Data are collected and for which Purposes
We receive and collect personal data, as described in detail below, when providing our Services, including when you access, download, install the Device or Application, or use our Services. We may use this personal data to provide the Services you request as a contractual necessity, in order to operate, provide, improve, customise, offer support for and market our Services in accordance with our legitimate interest, or to fulfil a legal obligation to which we may be subject. If you do not want us to collect and process your personal data, you may not use the Services.
We collect your personal information when you create an account. You can sign in to the Application using your account. The personal data we collect may include your name, profile picture, email address, country, language, location and password.
The personal data collected is used to create and manage your account. You can use your account to log in securely to the Application. If you create an account to sign in to the Application, we will send you a welcome email to communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to send you strictly service-related announcements, or to send you direct marketing communications. You can also use your account to participate in a promotion or game, participate in a promotion-related social networking activity (for example, clicking “Like” or “Share”), and participate in product trials or surveys.

About the people you measure the temperature with (“patient” or “patients”):
- Your name
- A photo
- Date of birth
- One or more weight measurements
- One or more temperature readings
- One or more doses of medication
The data collected is used to provide you with information about the patient, his or her well-being, and to provide you with personalized content, messages and advice. This is done through emails, instant notifications and messages within the application.
We use the Google Analytics service provided by Google Inc. to analyze the use made by users of the Application. The information generated about your use of the Application will be sent to Google and stored on its servers. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Application and compiling activity reports. Customer Service Department
You may provide us with information regarding on your use of our Services, including your interaction with Oblumi and how we may contact you to provide customer service. We operate and provide our Services, including the facilitation of customer service, and the improvement, correction and customization of our Services. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
We may combine your personal information, including account information, other information you provide to us, device data, cookies, location data, data collected during your interactions and use of Oblumi’s digital channels, such as social networks, websites, emails, applications and connected products, IP address, cookies, device information, communications you click or touch, location details and websites you visit.
The combined data is analyzed and used to provide you with the Services, such as information about your temperature, your well-being and to provide you with personalized content, messages and advice. They also help us improve the content, functionality and usability of the Application, Device and Services, and develop new products and services.
If you choose to receive promotional communications about products, services, events and promotions from Oblumi that may be relevant to your preferences and online behavior, we may send you promotional and marketing communications via e-mail, telephone and other digital channels, such as mobile applications and social networks. In order to tailor communications to your preferences and behaviour, and to provide you with a more relevant and personalised experience, we may analyse and combine your personal data. You may choose not to receive or unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
The Application may request your permission to access your phone or sensors (e.g. camera, Wi-Fi, geographic location or Bluetooth) or other data (e.g. photos, calendar or contacts) on your mobile device.
We use this data only when necessary to provide you with the Services and only after you give us your explicit consent.
Sometimes permission is a technical prerequisite for the operating systems of your mobile device. In that case, the Application may ask you for permission to access these sensors or data. However, we will not collect this information unless it is necessary to provide you with the Application or Service, and only after you give us your consent.
With whom is personal data shared?
Oblumi may disclose your personal information to third party service providers, business partners and other third parties in accordance with this Policy or applicable law.
We work with third-party service providers who help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support and market our Services.
We may share your personal information with the following service providers:
IT and Cloud Service Providers
These service providers provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, transactional services or related technology necessary to run the Application or provide the Services.
Oblumi requires its service providers to provide an appropriate level of protection for your personal information, similar to the level we provide. We require our service providers to process your personal data exclusively in accordance with our instructions and only for the specific purposes mentioned above, to access the minimum amount of data they need to provide a specific service and to protect the security of your personal data.
Other third parties
Oblumi may also work with third parties who process your personal data for their own purposes. Please read their privacy policies carefully, as they will inform you about their privacy practices, including the types of personal information they collect, and how they use, process and protect it.
If Oblumi shares personal data with a third party that uses your personal data for its own purposes, Oblumi will ensure that it informs you or obtain your consent in accordance with applicable law before sharing your personal data.

These third parties may provide their own services to you. We may share your personal information with Apple Health, use ad serving technology, and provide you with links to other websites upon request or in accordance with applicable laws.
You can connect to Apple Health and authorize the Application to read the data you store in Apple Health, as well as copy the data you store in the Application to Apple Health. With the necessary permissions, other Applications can access data recorded by Oblumi devices connected to and stored in Apple Health. Apple Health does not synchronize with Apple, but you can back up your Apple Health data to iCloud or iTunes. Oblumi does not protect your personal information stored at Apple Health. Review Apple’s policies and procedures before synchronizing and backing up your personal information with Apple Health.
Links to Other Sites
Your personal data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or where we use service providers and, by using the Services, you agree to the transfer (if any) of the information to countries other than your country of residence, which may have different data protection regulations than your country of residence. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may have a right of access to your personal data.
How long do we keep your data?
We will retain your personal data as long as necessary or permitted for the purposes for which it was collected. The criteria we use to determine our retention periods include: (i) the length of time you use the Application or the Services; (ii) whether there is a legal imperative to which we are subject; or (iii) whether retention is advisable by virtue of our legal position (for example, in connection with applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
Users’ decisions and rights
If you wish to submit a request to access, rectify, delete, restrict or refuse the processing of personal data you have previously provided to us, or if you wish to submit a request to receive an electronic copy of your personal data for transmission to another company (to the extent that applicable law permits this right to data portability), you may contact us at email@example.com. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law.
In your request, please make it clear which personal data you wish to access, rectify, delete, restrict or refuse to process. For your protection, we may only implement requests in connection with personal data associated with your account, your email address or other account information that you use to send to us on request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing a request. We will try to accommodate your request as soon as reasonably possible.
Please note that if you exercise your decisions and rights (or any part thereof), you may no longer be able to use our Services, in whole or in part.
We protect your Personal Data
We take seriously our responsibility to protect the data you entrust to Oblumi from accidental or unauthorized modification, loss, misuse, disclosure or access. Oblumi uses numerous security technologies, technical and organizational measures to help protect your data. To this end, we implement, among others, access controls, firewalls and secure protocols.
Information for Parents
Although the Services are not directed to children, as defined by applicable law, it is Oblumi’s policy to comply with the law when parental or guardian permission is required before collecting, using or disclosing personal data from children. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and strongly encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in online activities and their children’s interests.
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information without their consent, they should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we observe that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete his or her data from our files.
